Sharing the Coast 2014

  • Includes registration for 1 member. You must be a current member of either organization for the member price. Please renew your membership if it is time using an alternate membership option or at either www.pacname.org or at www.oregonshores.org.
  • 1 registration for a non-member of NAME or Oregon Shore
  • Price includes registration for conference and annual membership fee for NAME ($25)
  • Price includes conference registration and new/renewing Oregon Shores individual membership ($25)
  • Price includes registration and membership at the Student/Senior rate of $15. Student membership includes any student in grades K-12, any college student (community college, university), or marine or aquatic trade school student. Senior membership includes any person 62 or older.
  • Price includes one registration and Oregon Shores family membership ($40). Please add additional conference registrations on option G. for additional family members.
  • Allows registration for each additional family member attending the conference as a part of the Oregon Shores family membership

2014 Sharing the Coast Conference 

We are pleased to invite CoastWatchers and NAME members from Oregon and Washington to join us for a full weekend of presentations, workshops and field experiences to help you build your knowledge and skills in interpreting the coastline.  

This conference is an annual collaboration between CoastWatch (the volunteer program of the Oregon Shores Conservation Coalition) and the Northwest Aquatic and Marine Educators (NAME).  This time around, “Sharing the Coast” will take place in both Seaside and Cannon Beach, with afternoon field trips around the area both days. 

Friday evening we will host Community Speakers to kick off the conference.  This event is free to attend and open to all.  Registration is required for the majority of the conference on Saturday and Sunday.
